- One-on-One and Group Coaching Programs for personal and professional development.

- Coaching does not replace legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

2. Payment & Late Fees:

- Payment is required upfront or on a scheduled plan.

- A $45 late fee applies if payment is more than 5 days late.

- After 30 days, the full balance becomes due immediately.

3. Refunds & Cancellations:

- Group coaching refunds are available only under specific conditions (see Refund Policy).

- No refunds for one-on-one coaching, courses, or memberships.

4. Code of Conduct & Confidentiality:

- Clients must engage respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of group discussions.

- No program materials may be shared or resold.

5. Social Media & Public Communications:

- Clients agree to handle disputes privately before making public complaints.

- Defamatory statements may result in termination from programs without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution:

- Myers Consulting Group LLC is not liable for business or personal decisions made by the Client.

- Any disputes must first go through mediation, then arbitration in North Carolina.
